Anna Schwab (aka sadie) is a New York City-based songwriter & producer with a brand new EP out titled ‘Tides’ that’s co-produced by Joe Valle from Wet. The project is a follow up to last year’s critically acclaimed ‘Nowhere’ which received praise from The New York Times, Fader, Stereogum, and more. The lead single, “All Night”, is one of my favorite hyper-pop songs of the year with it’s infectious autotuned hook, bright synths, and bouncy bass, and the EP’s title track “Tides” dropped with a dreamy music video directed by Nancy Kote. Lucky for us, sadie is here to tell us what she’s been into.

Two years ago my best friends and I started a monthly swimming club ––the only rules are it has to be a naturally occurring body of water (so no hot tubs) and u have to fully submerge yourself (get ur head wet). it is the best thing ever. the cold water is invigorating and shocks you into life. ice baths are used to treat depression and anxiety. i can understand why
