Matty Matheson is a Canadian chef, restaurateur, and food personality best known for his recipe videos and over-the-top personality. I first found Matty nearly a decade ago from his videos on Vice’s Munchies, It's Suppertime!, and Dead Set on Life, but over the last few years he’s put out multiple cookbooks, started sharing videos on his own Youtube channel, opened multiple Toronto restaurants (one had an Architectural Digest video on it), and made his own cookware and workwear lines. Lucky for us, Matty is here to tell us what he’s been into.
