His background in video production and plant-forward recipe curation make his videos a real delight to watch, and it probably doesn’t hurt that he’s a model that’s walked for Gucci. Since the early days recording at his parents house he’s amassed a following of over half a million people and now he works with big clients like Ikea, Food52, and Sweetgreen, and he’s even curated multiple food experiences for Gucci’s sustainable collection in Tofino, British Columbia.
